Car was dropped off 8am exactly for full service and mot, made service team aware I travelled over 2hrs to get to garage, the car service was complete by 11:30am but gave no update and didn't mot until nearly 5pm. I left my young baby at home.

I was given an electric mini that was not fully charged, knowing nothing about electric cars I felt that this was unfair as if I needed to charge I would have not know what to do. Also every tyre had a pressure warning. Cars surely should be ready?
