Delivery and handover of the car were both good however the actual purchase and organisation were not great. Jason was excellent at handover and had time to help us and answer questions, Beth's organisation and communication were disappointing.

Booked service and MOT online 2 weeks before and only got a confirmation call the Friday before (it was booked for the mon) when arrived only the service was booked so they had to get garage across the road to do MOT

It was easy to arrange my service and checking in was straghtforward. I was given a very nice courtesy car for the time my car was in (overnight) and when I was contacted to say my car was ready there was no pressure to collect my car immediately.
