The car was supposed to be cleaned and vacuumed while there. That didn't happen. In fact it came back with oil spills on the front bumper. I requested a health check. I didn't receive this till the Monday.

Rattle on my car was fixed. However, the charge issue with my wife's car was not. The J01 recently stopped talking to the charger when the charger is in schedule mode, nor will it 'top up' from the mains when preconditioning, both work on my U25.

I booked a time slot where I was able to wait while the Mini was serviced and cleaned. Everything was on or ahead of time, the car was nice and clean. Contact regarding the service was all excellent, everyone in the dealership were were first class.

Service was good but was given misleadung information on how long the process would take. I chose not to take a courtesy car this time - mistake! 'car cleaning' experience has not been great. Only front 2 carpets were vacuumed- rest left dirty.

I had arranged the service then had a call to reschedule when I had specifically booked a certain date/ time due to work commitments. Staff member was in a hurry and did not email me with any information detailing what had been checked as promised.

My mini was booked in as the driver's door wasn't opening using the handles two out of three times. I found the service team very hard to deal with once they had diagnosed the fault. They were after a quick fix, instead of a warranty claim.
