The staff at reception were very accommodating during my visits which on two occasions I had my 3 year old daughter with me, the staff were friendly and chatted with us both which helped make us feel relaxed. I was offered coffee/tea too

The service was fine . I got an email with visual health check which noted car needed brake pads and discs , this would be an MOT fail. I gave the go ahead to replace items, but rather disappointed to see that the car was still sent for MOT! fail!!

I put my daughter's car in for a recall and they also did a health check on the car as well as washing and cleaning inside the car. We also got a "goodie bag" so overall the service and communication was first class, well done to all staff involved.
