Delivery and handover of the car were both good however the actual purchase and organisation were not great. Jason was excellent at handover and had time to help us and answer questions, Beth's organisation and communication were disappointing.

Efficient and helpful collection from home and return is a very good service to provide, especially to older rural customers. Very pleasant driver collected our car and spotted engine heater warning light which turned out to be a mouse nest! Sorted!
