The vehicle was booked in for 10am, and when the car was checked in we were told the technician who would be looking at the issue was at the BMW garage and would not look at the vehicle until the afternoon.

My mini was booked in as the driver's door wasn't opening using the handles two out of three times. I found the service team very hard to deal with once they had diagnosed the fault. They were after a quick fix, instead of a warranty claim.

I was booked for an MOT and got the impression, rightly or wrongly, from the agent that it was booked for a certain time. I had travelled 40 miles for the booking and was told the car went into a queue system. I didn't get the car until after 5pm.

Booked service and MOT online 2 weeks before and only got a confirmation call the Friday before (it was booked for the mon) when arrived only the service was booked so they had to get garage across the road to do MOT

It was easy to arrange my service and checking in was straghtforward. I was given a very nice courtesy car for the time my car was in (overnight) and when I was contacted to say my car was ready there was no pressure to collect my car immediately.
