Effortless , arrived, car taken in and I was heading home about 2 hours later . Non of this dropping the car off at 8am and collecting at 5pm with a whole day hanging around . Great service

I was asked if I would like a complimentary car clean whilst in for a spring service. I readily agreed. I was then told that my car had been cleaned when I was given my car key back. However, the car had not been cleaned. A little disappointed.

Was told cut in tyre almost to the cords but local garage informed me that if my car was put through a MOT it would fail which makes me think my with the cut was unsafe. Mini service girl told me to keep an eye on for further deflation!

Overall fairly disappointed, if there wasn't time for my service I would have booked for another day when there was actually time. Especially as I had phoned ahead to book my car in.

Was satisfied with the service but was displeased that i had to pay for the brake fluid change which as far as I was led to believe was covered (as stated on my contract)by my 5 year tlc maintanence plan. This left me an unexpected bill for £91.00.

Nothing was too much trouble. I knew I could send an email or pick up the phone to ask questions and I always got a prompt reply. I was kept informed on every stage of my car being built and delivered.

The car was booked in and a very small warranty repair was carried out. I got a call to let me know the repair had been carried out. I was picked up by courtesy car and all was good.

There is an issue with auto updating of route maps. Whilst the team tried their best, it had to be referred to BMW. Three weeks later and there's no feedback. Does BMW not care?

Being told that the service department was too busy to discuss my service did not go down well. There seemed to be attitude when simply booking my car in for a straight forward service. Once my service package is finished I'll be going elsewhere.

Service receptionist was very unhelpful. Told me I needed a new battery, "they only last an average of 5 years sir" but my mini is only 4 years old "I said an average of 5 years" no thanks "We can fit it today" No thanks, my wife left lights on.
