Ross McLean was extremely helpful, friendly and professional throughout, and during the hand over covered all aspects of the vehicle, and immediately dealt with and resolved a couple if minor scratches that I identified on the paintwork.
Very helpful and friendly staff, particularly Jen who was our sales consultant. She went beyond what was required.
All aspects of the service were excellent from start to finish.

Was told that I needed 4 new tyres as 2 were non run flats. This was not true as all tyres are run flats (as clearly stated on each tyre). This was just an attempt to get me to spend £650 on new tyres - will not be returning for future service/MOT!!
This particular service I was very happy with. I was given a decent price after some negotiation.
Again can't emphasise how attentive the staff were.

The car was sold to me with a warning light and pdi checks clearly rushed, and had to make alternative arrangements for commuting before it could even be seen (which was not guaranteed). When this was fixed fuel was lesser than when left.
The car was service in accordance with the service schedule, clearly the yes weren't checked as they would have pointed out metal caps were fitted. one of the wheels was damaged when fixing the valves
When booking the service, the online system was down. I contacted the Service Center and was passed around a few times before being told someone would call back. They didn't. When I delivered the car, the staff member was very dismissive.
All went very smoothly
No delays in taking my car for its first service. Car was serviced quickly and washed and cleaned when handed back to me. Great service!

Staff were not pleasant.
I have a continuing squeak in my drivers seat. Been back since service and whilst the spray used silences the squeak, it returns within 10 minutes of driving my car. STILL NOT FIXED. Need to arrange to drop car off again, just so inconvenient.

Easy in, easy out. Pleasant environment to wait whilst my first service was completed.
I had a leak in my car which is under warranty. The boot and back seat was soaking. The leak was due to a faulty seal. There was mould in my boot and water damage to my leather seats. I expected any damage to be repaired but obviously was wrong.
Salesman Ross excellent really knew all about the brand helped me choose a deal and a car I am delighted with. It just makes me smile to drive it. Will only ever buy minis

Service was performed within the time frame discussed.I could wait and had access to coffee and biscuits.

Thomas Higgins professional manner came across really well and he explained everything clearly and was very patient and courteous when asked to explain things for second time.
The car wasnt ready until 2hrs after the arranged pick up time. The car wasnt washed before puck up as offered by staff.
Only thing was i needed to phone to see when my car would be ready
Constantly changing staff dealing with our purchase, poor responses to telephone enquires, and problems settling the finance due to us were offset by genuine attempts to remedy the latter situation and a generous gesture of goodwill.
