No brake part in stock, no courtesy car available, left me with no car all weekend and my wife had a 50 mile trip to collect me from work.
After spending that amount of money on a new car I would have expected a better service, when we went to collect the car you would have thought he was handing over a bag of shopping rather than a £30K+ car.

I took the car home and 2 days later the coolant had drained from the system and I had an 'engine overheating ' warning light coming on. Was this something that happened at the garage? I will never know

I arrived at the dealer shortly before the appointment time of 0830 after a 12 hour boat trip from Shetland, and was told there was a computer glitch in the office, and they were not allowed to carry out the service until this was resolved.
no issues - this was just a routine oil change service so I really wouldn't expect there to be any issues but this one visit was very good

The broken cable in my seat was fixed under warranty. When car was ready was also sent a video showing my car in the workshop explaining what had been done and also showing me tyres etc.
Booked car in for mot and service, explained to person that car was at end of its 5 year (paid extra for) service plan, on arrival on day for service and mot they refused to carry out any service work

I thought Ross handled the change in order very well, when we no longer had a car to trade in. Kept us informed every step of the way on the delivery time of the car and also exactly what to do when it came to get the keys.
The salesperson, Douglas Hay, was excellent. He was patient, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with.

It would have been 5 stars if I had a bit more guidance with the private registration plate change over. The salesman was very helpful but felt he had no experience in dealing with the paperwork or doing it on our behalf.

We dealt with Jen in Aberdeen and she was brilliant, fully understood all our needs, very friendly yet fully professional, really knowledgeable with none of the usual waffle. All staff we encountered were very helpful
